MusicBridges has established a memorial scholarship that financially supports Black and Latinx college students. This scholarship provides tuition assistance for studies at summer music festivals, supporting invaluable experiences as students continue to develop their skills and network with their peers. The Carolyn Sauer-Adams Scholarship honors Tallahassee resident Carolyn Sauer-Adams (1938-2021), who was an avid supporter of music and passionate educator. Connie spent her career working to bring hope and educational opportunity to a vulnerable population of students. She enthusiastically encouraged the musicians in her life to use their talents to cultivate and share beauty as performers and teachers.
